Make it special

If you can’t be a bit fancy on your wedding, when can you? At The Hall Barns we think you deserve a bit of luxury for your big day. That’s why we have a veritable village of Bell Tents available for hire on-site, throughout April-October, courtesy of Champagne Camping. We have 10 gorgeous Bell Tents for your guests – each one sleeping up to 6 – with comfy camp beds, carpets, cosy duvets to snuggle under once the party is over and plenty of twinkling fairy lights to add to the magic.

And for you guys? There’s the dreamiest of newlywed suites, complete with King Size bed, dressing table and a bottle of Champagne (oh and glasses, too – very important). While the tents don’t have any mains power, they’re fitted with a clever solar hub for you and your guests to charge your mobile phones via a USB port. Sustainable and useful, we love it. Book the Bell Tents for one, two or three nights to really get that festival glamping wedding feel.

Do what suits you

We want you to be able to enjoy a glamping experience, whatever your budget, which is why use of the campsite and shower facilities are included in The Hall Barns’ venue hire. If you can’t stretch to hiring the Bell Tents, don’t fret. We have plenty of space for you and your guests to bring your own tents, camper vans, tipis or whatever else floats your boat. You’re welcome.

Be practical 

Our glampsite manages to have that cool, festival feel but with all the practical touches you and your guests will appreciate for a wedding. Fairy lights lead the way from the barn to the campsite, so you’ll know exactly where to head at the end of the night. 

As well as this, The Hall Barns has a super-clean, newly renovated shower and toilet block that’s exclusively yours. Even better, you and your guests have access to our beautiful Dressing Room, with dressing tables, mirrors and hair dryers. Oh yes, there’s no slumming it round here. 

Don’t forget The food

Food is a big deal at a wedding, and at The Hall Barns we make it our mission to deliver the most delicious menus to keep your guest fuelled up for a night of partying. Our evening menu includes things like chilli dogs, bean burgers with sriracha mayo and sourdough pizzas – just right for nailing that street food vibe at your glamping wedding. We can also provide marshmallows to toast around the fire pit at the venue. Once the festivities are over and you’ve all enjoyed a great night’s sleep in our Bell Tents, we’ll make sure you and your guests are well catered for. Fresh, warm pastries, bacon baps, or a vat of coffee – whatever your heart (or stomach) desires, The Hall Barns team will work to make it happen. 

Little touches make a difference

We love it when couples add a really personal touch to their wedding day. If you’re planning a glamping wedding at The Hall Barns there are loads of ways to make it extra special for your friends and family. Why not make up little caddies of toiletries, or a hangover kit for the next day, full of cans of coke, paracetamol and mints, to leave inside the tents? You could even put out a basket of blankets for guests to use to keep cosy outside. There are no rules, so get imaginative and think how you could add a personal touch to your day.
