There is nothing boring or predictable about a wedding at The Hall Barns. We know every couple has their own style, tastes and dream wedding day wish-list, and that’s why we’re all about a ‘your wedding, your way’ vibe at our cool Leicestershire barn wedding venue. Our new-for-2026 wedding packages are designed to help make planning your day as easy and stress-free as possible (you’re welcome). There are three different packages to choose from or, if you prefer, you can go rogue and mix and match to create your own dream wedding. We do love a wildcard couple. Whatever you choose, our team are here to help make it happen. Here’s the lowdown on our excellent new packages for your wedding at The Hall Barns.

The Afterglow wedding package

Calling all our laid-back, low-key couples who love a bit of luxury, The Afterglow wedding at The Hall Barns is for you. Share your vows in a romantic twilight ceremony as the sun sets, bask in that golden hour glow as you hang out with your guests in the prettiest countryside setting and enjoy relaxed party vibes around the fire pit – s’mores included (and encouraged).

What’s included in The Afterglow package?

• Exclusive hire from 3pm for a Twilight civil ceremony at 4pm
• Spritz Station with two drinks per person
• Relaxed, fun feast for guests to share and enjoy
• Fire pit and s’mores station
• Luxury overnight stay in The Lodge for the wedding couple on the night of the wedding, plus a breakfast hamper
• A planning/final details meeting pre-wedding, plus full event management on the day
• Additional glamping accommodation available for guests

How much does The Afterglow wedding cost at The Hall Barns?

Prices, based on 50 adult guests, are:

Monday to Wednesday: £6,000 during low season (March and October), £6,250 during mid season (April, May and June) and £POA during high season (July, August and September).

Thursday: £6,250 during low season (March and October), £6,500 during mid season (April, May and June) and £POA during high season (July, August and September).

Additional guests charged at £65pp (for 2026) and £70pp (for 2027).

The Full Fling wedding package

Want to really make a day (and night) of it? We think you’ll love The Full Fling. Our extended package gives you time to get ready with your best mates, then stroll to the venue to say your ‘I do’s, before the party really starts. No rushing, no stuffiness. The Full Fling guarantees a fun day packed with immaculate vibes.

What’s included in The Full Fling package?

• Pre-wedding stay in Laundry Cottage the night before (for up to six people)
• Set-up access from 10:30am
• Exclusive use from 12:30pm; ceremony from 1pm onwards
• Full drinks package with one reception drink, glass of wine during food and a glass of fizz for the toast
• Ice-cream trike to enjoy during your drinks reception
• Relaxed wedding breakfast
• Relaxed fun feast served in the evening for guests to share and enjoy
• Fire pit for late-night gatherings
• Additional glamping accommodation available for guests

How much does The Full Fling wedding cost at The Hall Barns?

Prices, based on 60 adult guests and 100 total evening guests, are:

Saturday to Thursday: £9,000 during low season (March and October), £10,250 during mid season (May, June and September) and £11,000 during high season (July and August).

Friday and Saturday: £9,750 during low season (March and October), £10,750 during mid season (May, June and September) and £11,500 during high season (July and August).

Additional guests charged at £95pp daytime/£20pp evening (for 2026) and £100pp daytime/£25pp evening (for 2027).

The Wed-Fest wedding package

If you’re dreaming of a weekend-long wedding festival, this is the package for you. You and your guests get to take over The Hall Barns for an iconic long weekend filled with amazing food, cosy nights by the fire pit, chilled-out mornings, and memories that will last a lifetime. Prepare to have the wedding no one will stop talking about.

What’s included in the Wed-Fest package?

• Pre-wedding stay in Laundry Cottage the night before (sleeps up to six)
• Luxury stay in The Lodge for the couple, night before and night of the wedding
• Glamping Village (10 tents) for guests, night before and night of the wedding
• Night-before, relaxed dining feast for up to 20 guests
• Breakfast hampers for up to 20 guests on the morning of the wedding
• Crewyard wedding ceremony
• Drinks reception with Spritz Bar or two drinks per person
• Ice-cream trike to enjoy during your reception
• Bespoke canapes and dining experience, with individually tailored formal and relaxed menus designed in partnership with our chefs
• Half a bottle of wine per guest with dinner, and glass of Champagne for the toast
• A laid-back evening feast of your choice
• Fire pit both nights, and s’mores station on the night of the wedding
• Two-course farewell brunch with mimosas

How much does a Wed-Fest wedding cost at The Hall Barns?

Prices, based on 20 adult guests joining for pre- and post-wedding celebrations, and 70 adult day guests and 100 evening guests for the wedding, are:

Friday to Sunday: £25,000 during low season (March and October), £27,000 during mid season (May, June and September) and £29,000 during high season (July and August).

Additional guests for day one charged at £70pp, day two at £120pp, day two evening at £30pp and day three at £30pp.
