Emma
General Manager
Emma has 20 years of experience in the events industry, with a particular passion for weddings. In addition to supporting our Event Managers, she is also our expert in private viewings, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to meeting new couples. Emma is married with two children and two cats and has spent more time in the UK than her birthplace of Dublin. She enjoys running and has completed the London Marathon twice, as well as cooking as one of her favorite pastimes. Emma leads an active and fulfilling life.
Lucy
Senior Event Manager
Lucy heads up our events team and steers a calm and steady ship, no matter the size of the event. Building a great rapport with couples is her key to hosting the perfect event.
Lucy is a country girl at heart, she loves being out in the fresh air – whether she is riding her horses or walking her terrier, Jasper, who was born and bred at Prestwold.
Aimee
Senior Event Manager
Aimee loves every aspect of a wedding day, but her favourite part is walking into The Dining Room and seeing our couples vision come to life. She’s got an exceptional attention to detail and will always strive to ensure that our couples enjoy every aspect of their day to the fullest.

Rosie
Event Manager
Rosie brings her eye for perfection to every event at Prestwold Hall. With a degree in photography, it is safe to say Rosie loves flexing her creativity whether it is behind the camera or behind the bar.
Outside of work, Rosie can be found at the gym or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Hollie
Event Manager
There isn’t much Hollie doesn’t know about mixing the perfect tipple. Hollie is in her element behind the Prestwold bar, whether it’s designing our cocktail menu or learning the history of spirits.Â
On her days off Hollie is usually pursuing outdoor adventures from mountain biking at Sherwood Pines to hour long dog walks in the countryside.Â
Marc
Head Chef
Marc is a super talented chef with a strong Michelin star background and a passion for cooking over fire. He was a finalist in the prestigious 2019 National Chef of the Year competition, and is aiming to win it in 2021.
When not in the kitchen, Marc can be found at his allotment or spending time with his wife and three children.
MJ
Operations Manager
Ever the professional, MJ has over 30 years of experience hosting events, both in the UK and internationally. Supporting and guiding the team, MJ’s attention to detail is second to none.
When MJ isn’t looking after business at Prestwold, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Portuguese water dog, Buddy. MJ balances out chocolate and Prosecco with jogging the occasional half marathon
