Less than six months until Christmas klaxon! Yep, the festive countdown is officially on and at The Hall Barns we’re getting in the mood a little early with some BIG news. From 1st December our beautiful barn is transforming into a super-cool winter wonderland party venue, and you’re invited. Forget about Val d’Isère, this December Leicestershire if where it’s at. Here’s everything you need to know about The Hall Barns Après Ski Christmas Party Nights 2024 and how to buy your tickets.

What are the Après Ski Party Nights at The Hall Barns?

This is a Christmas party like no other. We’re turning The Hall Barns into the coolest ski lodge, where you and your friends can party the night away. Perfect for a night out with friends or a work Christmas outing, there’s nowhere better to head this December. Trust us, this is going to be legendary.

Here’s the vibe:

  • Welcome Drinks to get the party started.
  • Informal Nibbles that keep you fuelled for the fun.
  • DJ Entertainment spinning the best tunes all night long.

Everyone’s welcome to our relaxed party venue – just bring your friends or team, and your best dance moves, obvs.

Our fancy new stretch tent area will be the ultimate dance floor, complete with an LED setup and a shots bar. From our main bar, enjoy your favourites like Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, beer, cider, and spirits – or try something new like our Ski Shots.

There’s plenty of fun photo opportunities too, with our ski scene backdrop and chalet décor providing the coolest background for all those festive selfies.

What’s included?

  • One drink on arrival (choose from Prosecco, Peroni, Spiced Mulled Cider or a soft drink option).
  • 1 x shot token per ticket (redeemed at the bar).
  • Food for the evening including canapes on arrival, bowl food and a dessert station.
  • Dancefloor and DJ entertainment.

We also have some epic pre-order options available if you really want to celebrate in style:

  • Shot Paddle (6 x shots) – £20 each.
  • Ski Shots (12 x shots max) – £40.
  • Bucket of beer for the table – £48.
  • Vodka luge (price POA, dependant on party size).

To pre-order, just email info@thehallbarns.com once you have booked your tickets and we will add this on for you. We can only accept pre-orders up to 4 weeks before the event date, so if you do fancy going all-out don’t leave it too late to let us know.

When is it?

The Hall Barns are hosting two amazing Après Ski Christmas Party Nights in December. The all-important dates for your diary are Saturday 7th and Saturday 14th December.

Where is The Hall Barns?

Our awesome winter party wonderland is tucked away on the Prestwold Estate just a few miles from Loughborough town centre. You can find us at The Hall Barns, Prestwold Lane, Loughborough LE12 5ST.

How to book your tickets

Whether you’re just up for a party with you best mate or fancy coming along with a big group of office pals, everyone is welcome here! Grab your Early Bird Tickets for just £50 before 1st October. After that, general tickets cost £55 each. To book your tickets just click here.

Our exclusive Hospitality and Healthcare industry party nights

Shout out to all our fellow hospitality peeps, December can be full-on, right? We feel like you guys deserve a treat, which is why we’re throwing exclusive party nights at The Hall Barns for people who work in the hospitality and healthcare industry. This is your chance to let your hair down and indulge in some Après Ski frivolities with those who know exactly what you’re going through. These party nights include everything our standard nights do but are exclusively for those in the hospitality and healthcare industry only.
