Becky and Harry’s idyllic July wedding
From the dreamy boho bridal gown and coolest bridesmaid squad to the countryside setting and epic tequila bar, Becky and Harry’s July wedding at The Hall Barns was unforgettable. The sun shone (a bit) for this relaxed summer wedding full of love and good vibes. Making the most of The Hall Barn’s laid-back style and rural setting, it was the most idyllic of celebrations. Here are all the details, as captured by the couple’s incredible photographer Esther Louise Triffitt…

The morning of the wedding
Becky and her big day dream team hired the Laundry Cottage in the grounds of The Hall Barns. With plenty of space to get ready, and just a few steps from the venue, it was the perfect setting for a relaxed ‘morning of the wedding’ for Becky and her close friends and family.

Becky’s boho bridal style
A venue as unique as Leicestershire’s The Hall Barns deserves a show-stopping wedding dress, and Becky more than delivered. We are obsessed with her sweetheart neckline gown, complete with super-cool detachable puff sleeves. Covered with beautifully embroidered floral details, it gave the coolest of boho bridal vibes. Paired with a statement ruffled headband, relaxed loose waves hairstyle, and oversized bouquet, Becky looked incredible. Can we also take a minute for the excellent fedora hat our bride wore for the reception?

Harry looked equally as cool in a checked waistcoat and matching trousers. The couple’s bridesmaids also looked amazing in soft pink midi dresses, fitting in with the wedding colour scheme perfectly.

The summer wedding ceremony
Harry and Becky chose to exchange their vows in The Hall Barn’s unique ceremony space, the Crew Yard. With rustic wooden floors and exposed brickwork, it’s a picturesque setting for the most romantic of ‘I do’s. Decorated with twinkling fairy lights and with a circular frame embellished with swags of fabric and foliage, it really was something special.

Sweet reception details
On of our favourite things at The Hall Barns is to help couples fill their wedding day with personal touches. Becky and Harry showed off their unique couple style with a delicious ‘help yourself’ sweet treats table (flying saucer anyone?). They also included a very popular pop-up cigar and tequila station. The perfect way to get the party started!

Our restored barn made a stunning setting for a stylish wedding breakfast. The couple stuck with the dusky pink colour scheme, adding blush table runners and knotted napkins to the rustic wooden tables. Mismatched vases were filled with posies of wildflowers and each guest was treated to a chocolate brownie s’more favour – ready for toasting over The Hall Barns’ firepits that evening.

The wedding photos
Becky and Harry fell in love with The Hall Barn’s outside space, so it was only fitting to capture the rural beauty of the venue in their wedding photos. Their awesome wedding photographer, Esther Louise Triffitt, really helped to show off the setting, with beautiful shots of our bride and groom exploring the fields and grounds around The Hall Barns. And no wedding photoshoot is complete without a bride and cute horse picture, right?
