Our cool ceremony space
The Crew Yard at The Hall Barns is the perfect all-weather outdoor ceremony space. Making the most of our cute, idyllic setting, but with that all-important covering (just in case rain makes an appearance), it’s truly the best of both worlds.
With wooden rafters, exposed brickwork and timber floors, the Crew Yard has a cool, rustic aesthetic which can be dressed up however you fancy to match your big day style. The Hall Barns is tucked away in the rolling Leicestershire Wolds, just a short drive from Loughborough. At any time of year you’re spoilt with the beautiful countryside views, but in summertime our barn venue and its grounds are a total dream. As we’re an exclusive-use venue, you and your guests are free to wander around our gorgeous countryside setting. Make yourself at home!
The wedding campsite

To keep the festival feels coming, we have an on-site campsite ready and waiting for you and your guests to make the most of. Raise your expectations though, this is no ordinary campsite.
Our fancy glampsite features an epic newlywed suite as well as 10 guest pods to book up, for a luxurious end to the best wedding ever. Of course there’s plenty of space for other guests to pitch their own tents. Or, if you prefer home comforts, you can chill out with your friends at the campsite before sneaking off to our Laundry Cottage or The Lodge self-catering accommodation, both just a short stroll away.
Relaxed summer dining
Summer is a time to indulge in alfresco dining, so if you don’t fancy a formal sit-down meal for your 2026 wedding we’ve got loads of options so you can craft your dream wedding menu. The Hall Barns can serve up everything from woodfired pizzas or BBQs to hog roasts or informal sharing feasts, helping you to create a relaxed summer vibe. We don’t like to blow our own trumpet too often, but this truly is the best wedding food in Leicestershire. Fact.

Offering stylish coverage over our paved courtyard, The Hall Barn’s outdoor stretch tent lets you enjoy the countryside views under cover. There’s space for outdoor dining – we can fit up to 96 guests on long tables – and it’s the coolest spot for chilling out, catching up with friends and family over a drink or two. Perfect for providing shade on a sunny summer day, or setting the scene for a festival wedding party as the sun goes down (and the fairy lights come on), it’s yours to enjoy, however you fancy.
