Table decoration ideas for your barn wedding
Adding your own unique couple style to your wedding day is everything. At The Hall Barns we mean it when we say it’s all about you. Whether you’re after a cute rustic vibe or a modern colour-pop style, the easiest way to bring your big day look together is through your table décor. If you’re looking for inspiration on how to style your tables at your barn wedding, we’ve got it all right here. From DIY ideas to statement florals, these are some of our favourite wedding table looks for you to steal.

Tutti Frutti
Bring the good vibes with a peppy pink and bright orange colour clash. Tutti Frutti is the kind of styling that instantly sparks joy and sets the tone for a wedding day full of fun. To get the look for your big day opt for pale pink fabric chair ties and casually crinkly table runners, then add a vibrant hit of colour with zesty orange napkins and coral tapered candles in gold candlesticks. Eclectic floral arrangements in shades of hot pink, coral and peach, alongside cool hanging blooms, bring the contemporary look together. All photos by LHT Photography.

Rustic Neutrals
Barn weddings and rustic table décor are a dream pairing. It’s all about the details here, so choose natural fabrics and materials to let the authentic beauty of your barn venue shine. Raffia placemats and stoneware plates feel timelessly elegant, while simple mini vases of white flowers and green foliage add a sense of occasion. We love how our real couple opted for wedding favours hidden in handmade kraft card packages, tied with natural twine. The sage green chairs add a subtle touch of colour – and look incredible against the exposed brickwork of our venue. All photos by Big Day Productions.

Something Blue
Take inspiration from this beautiful, styled shoot and make your wedding table decor your something blue. Powder blue is a chic colour choice and looks seriously luxe when paired with gold details. Opt for diaphanous pale blue fabric for your table runners, chair ties and napkins, to create a calm, sophisticated vibe. Simple white roses in individual vases, and speckled gold tealight holders are all that’s needed to finish off this gorgeous look. All photos by Sam Bennett.

Spring Whimsy
How awesome is this fun spring pastels styling? It’s an easy way to make a real impact in a barn venue space, without spending a fortune. Get your DIY on and tie lengths of pink, pale green, orange and pale blue ribbon to the backs of your chairs. Simple bows added to gold candlesticks create a sweet, whimsical feel. You want a ‘just skipped through a meadow and found these’ look for your florals, so speak to your florist about what’s achievable on a budget, and for the season. We love the effect of displaying single stem blooms around a plain white tiered wedding cake, and pressed flowers for placenames. All photos by Kelly Hiscox.

Pink and brown
OK, so pink and brown might not scream ‘wedding’ to you but hear us out. This is actually a super-stylish and luxurious colour combo which really works in a barn wedding venue. It’s all about choosing the right shades – go for soft baby pinks and taupe for a sophisticated finish. Fill your tables with a mish mash of wedding flowers in pale pinks to create texture and interest. A taupe table runner completes this easy table styling – ta-dah! All photos by Helen Rose.

Boho orange
Add an eclectic, bohemian feel to your wedding day, with dried grass arrangements in bright colourways. Hot pinks, pale pinks, white and burnt orange tap into the vintage vibe, while still feeling cool and modern. How amazing do these dried orange slices look as table décor and placename holders? It’s such an unexpected touch, which works so well at this real wedding at The Hall Barns. All photos by Maree Francis Photography.Â
