There are so many awesome features that make The Hall Barns such a unique Leicestershire wedding venue. From the cool on-site glamping facilities to the quirky barn renovation, The Hall Barns is the perfect setting for a laid-back big day with all the festival vibes. And, while it wows whatever time of day, we think it’s seriously magical when the sun sets. If you like the idea of a late-afternoon wedding, The Hall Barns’ Twilight Wedding Package is made for you. We’ve got all the deets you need right here…
Twilight venue hire and ceremony
Instead of a full-day hire, our Twilight Package gives you and your guests exclusive use of our jaw-droppingly gorgeous venue from 3pm until midnight. There’ll be plenty of time to add your personal touches beforehand, with suppliers free to set up from 1pm.
The Hall Barn’s Twilight Wedding Package includes your civil ceremony in our super-cool Crew Yard – an Insta-worthy covered courtyard packed with loads of original features including wood rafters and timber floors. Our package includes up to 50 guests with the option of adding more friends and family for an additional cost. You’ve got the choice of using our stylish cross back chairs or rustic wooden benches – whatever suits the vibe of your day.
To make sure your day runs without a hitch, you’ll have a dedicated event manager who will liaise with suppliers on the day as well as brief the in-house team. Trust us, you’re in safe hands with our experienced weddings team. We’ve also thought about all the little details; our Twilight Wedding Package includes a welcome sign to be displayed as your guests arrive, as well as a PA system for speeches and music. The bar will be open until 11pm Sunday to Thursday, with an extension until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Cheers to that!
What about the food?
We take our wedding menu very seriously at The Hall Barns and want you and your guests to go home raving about our awesome food. As part of the Twilight Wedding Package we’ll provide a selection of four delicious canapés as well as a glass of fizz or cold bottle of beer for up to 50 guests. There are soft drink options available if you’d prefer.
All that celebrating is going to leave you hungry, but we have you covered. You and your guests will be treated to an incredible three course sharing feast prepared by our excellent chefs, using the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. If you fancy something a little most casual, take your pick from our BBQ menu or buffet-style Bowl Food menu.
As well as all of this, our package includes all table cutlery, crockery and glassware, and loan of a cake stand and cake knife for that all-important cake cutting.
Did someone say party?
At night The Hall Barns shines. As part of our Twilight Wedding Package we’ll decorate our courtyard with twinkling lights, creating the ultimate sparkly dancefloor and magical evening reception space. If guests need to take a seat after all that dancing, we’ll provide fire pits (with sparklers, of course) and plenty of blankets to keep cosy.
Any extras?
We like to be as flexible as possible at The Hall Barns, so have plenty of add-ons for you to choose from, to really personalise your big day. As part of our Twilight Wedding Package, extra guests are £90 a head, and you can add a toast drink for speeches for £8 per person, as well as table wine from £30 a bottle. There’s also menu and drink upgrades available if you fancy.
We also have the option of booking our gorgeous, self-catered Laundry Cottage, less than a minute’s walk from the venue. It’s a super-cosy cottage that sleeps up to 8 people which can be booked for £500 for the night before your wedding. If you’d prefer to just use the cottage to get ready for your ceremony, you can check in at midday on your wedding day for £200. You also have the option to book our lodge for the night of your wedding it’s £450.
How much does it cost?
The Hall Barns’ Twilight Wedding Package costs £7,000 Sunday to Thursday and £7,500 on Friday or Saturday on any 2024 date.
