Here you’ll have exclusive use of our beautifully restored 19th-century barn, extensive gardens and campsite. We can fit up to 70 for formal sit-down feasts, 100 for relaxed dining and 150 for parties. There are so many different ways you can make the most of our spaces to suit your party plans.

NIght time at The Hall Barns rocks. As the sun goes down, we’ll light the fire pits and make sure there’s plenty of marshmallows for end-of-the-night S’mores. The tastiest way to wrap up your corporate festival. Â
It wouldn’t be a proper festival without camping, so if you like the idea of stretching out the celebrations overnight, we’ve got you covered. At The Hall Barns we have a fully equipped on-site camping with glamping pods available to hire. There’s also plenty of space to pitch your own tents.

Inflatables
If you want to pack your corporate festival with fun activities, Eventurous at The Hall Barns has got your back. We can organise anything from It’s a Knockout-esque inflatable runs (watch that competitive spirit come out) to retro-tastic Gladiators inflatable battles in the grounds of our venue.
Live music
Any decent festival needs good music, and we’ve got all the space you need for a live band or DJ to keep the party vibe going. The Hall Barns’ Crew Yard is a cool, undercover space for everyone to show off their best dance moves. If you need more room, Eventurous can organise a tipi in the grounds of The Hall Barns, complete with sound systems and dancefloor. Glow sticks optional, but heartily encouraged.
Circus skills
Picture this – you and your team learning some cool circus skills like plate spinning, juggling or stilt walking, in the gorgeous sunshine, surrounded by acres of Leicestershire countryside. Sounds pretty amazing, right? The Hall Barns provides the perfect setting to channel your inner ‘Greatest Showman’.
Bandeoke
If your usual corporate parties tend to finish off with some enthusiastic karaoke, we’ve got a treat for you. In conjunction with Eventurous, The Hall Barns can host the ultimate singalong event for your corporate festival. Introducing bandeoke – essentially your chance to perform your favourite songs to your co-workers with a professional live band providing the music. Just don’t hog the mic all night, ok?
Street food
When you plan your corporate festival at The Hall Barns you can get really creative with your food choices. Our talented team of chefs can whip up the fanciest of sit-down meals using the best local produce. Or if you like, we can offer something more laid-back like hot dogs, pizzas or a crowd-pleasing hog roast, festival-style.
